With unrivalled panoramic views of London, Hutong offers the perfect backdrop for your corporate events. From business award lunches, corporate networking events and team building events – Hutong can be transformed to suit any occasion. The space can be hired exclusively for up to 120 seated and 340 standing.

Start your event with a drinks reception in our Shanghai wing before moving to the Beijing wing to enjoy a seated dining experience featuring our occasionally fiery Northern Chinese cuisine. Alternatively, enjoy canapés and bowls for a more informal reception with entertainment and dancing.

Hutong can also be hired exclusively with our sister restaurant, Aqua Shard, located on level 31.

When combined with Aqua Shard, the venue can accommodate 280 people seated or 700 standing. Semi-exclusive hire is also available in either our Shanghai wing or Beijing wing.

SEMI EXCLUSIVE HIRE

Hutong also offers the flexibility for semi-exclusive hire. Our Beijing and Shanghai wings, in addition to the Shanghai Bar can be hired for seated and standing events. For semi-exclusive hire of the Beijing wing, we can permit the use of AV and speeches as it is completely private and separated from the other side of the venue with a corridor and a door.

MENUS

When hosting either your seated or reception-style event with us, you will be invited in for a full tasting with your dedicated event manager to design your bespoke menu.

Our carefully crafted menus in Hutong are based on a sharing concept of dishes, that will be continually brought to the table over the course of your meal. Placed in the centre of the table, you and your guests will enjoy the delicious Sichuan-inspired flavours of our Northern Chinese cuisine.

For reception events, to offer flexibility, all canapés and bowls have been individually priced so that you can tailor your reception menu to suit your guests.
